My 'Early' Maternity Leave

Hmmm... I have been at home for my early leave since raya. Had no mood to do any blogging till today. So I spent most of my time baking and trying new recipes I found on the internet.

I found that I'm quite good at baking cakes but I'm still not an expert in baking cookies. Hope my next cookies would turn out well. Pau was fun too but that needed steaming. Actually thought of baking pizzas but I don't think I can walk that much anymore, so I don't think I can get all the ingredients. Perhaps next time.

I surfed the net last weekend to find more cookies and cakes recipes (this time I find them on Martha Stewart's website) but still haven't got the chance to try them. Can't wait to try her recipes. I'm sure hers would surely work due to her experiences. Sure it is gonna be fun!

Talking about my pregnancy, I'm still in suspense. I'm due next Monday and have been experiencing false labour almost EVERYDAY for more than 2 weeks! Most of the time, I didn't fall for my false labours cause I waited for more than an hour to make sure it is real. Almost got tricked 3 times due to extra pain, and got tricked twice (went to check at the hospital) due to constant 'contraction' for more than 2 hours in 5 minutes interval. This is kinda scary cause it is hard to predict when this baby is coming. I'm not sure whether there'll be any signs of labour (such as bleeding or breaking my water bag) cause I didn't have any of those signs when I was expecting Nicole. I was admitted for contractions during my first pregnancy.

Whatever it is, I pray that I'll have a save and easy delivery and that the baby is healthy, safe and normal. I also pray that this child will not have jaundice or any other problem so that we don't need to stay admitted too long.
